Dr. Charlie Boone

Charlie is a Professor in the Department of Molecular Genetics at the University of Toronto and Donnelly Centre for Cellular and Biomolecular Research. His research is dedicated to high-throughput systems level genetic analyses and he has pioneered technologies to map genetic interaction networks on a genome-wide scale. Charlie is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and has received several international awards in recognition of his outstanding research contributions, including the Genetic Society of America’s Edward Novitski Prize for exceptional ingenuity in genetics research.
