David Marciano is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Snyder laboratory at the Stanford University School of Medicine. His research is focused on profiling cellular metabolism and the molecular mechanisms underlying disease pathogenesis using multi-omics approaches.
David received his Ph.D. in chemical and structural biology from the Scripps Research Institute in the laboratory of Dr. Patrick Griffin. His graduate work centered on the structure-guided design of small molecule PPARG modulators as therapeutic insulin sensitizers and osteogenic agents. David received his B.S. in Physics from the University of California, San Diego.
